-Totally unorganized. No one knows what is going on ever. You ask from help from your Terminal Director, and it is never give to you. You are always blown off because "he is busy." -Favoritism galore with the upper management. The terminal director will only be nice if you are Indian. -Work hard, then ask to work harder, then get nothing in return. Constant broken promise. -Been here over a year without a yearly review, when asked for a merit raise, told they do not give them out. -If we don't make bonus, we are told we will be fired. -Money is not worth the stress or hours you will endure under terrible management.

Mgmt doesn't like to hear complaints. If you have a customer who wants to talk to mgmt they do everything they can to avoid talking to that person. Place inexperienced people in mgmt positions with no experience in the industry. Threaten to write you up for going to mgmt with work related issues.
