      Overall great team at the local level, a lot of smart individuals to help you learn and grow within the industry. Innovative.

      Cons

      Company only cares about the bottom line and their shareholders, have gone through years now of "restructuring" and as a result a lack of job security. They have changed the IC plans so you receive less and less. Lack of training and retention.
