I've enjoyed new job opportunities roughly every two years which keeps me engaged and enthusiastic about my work. The benefits are excellent and I'm very thankful to have such quality health care coverage and financial investments. (HSA!)

Cons

There is bureaucracy working at a global company; however, the current leadership is making strides to break down these barriers.

Pay is very good and so are the benefits. Room to grow if you can handle the culture and stress of the job.

Cons

People are always leaving and it makes your job that much harder. You can't tell management the truth because they don't want to hear it. Everyone is overworked and they don't give you the resources to really take care of the customers and do your job. It seems like 50% of people leave between years 1-3. Your experience will differ greatly depending on how long the team has been in place and how many openings they currently have in that office.
