Pros

You can take your career as far as your abilities allow. The office staff at my branch is extremely knowledgeable as well as every field employee.

Cons

There is a fair amount of travel involved, but that’s part of the trade regardless of the company you work for.

The people are excellent and middle management are doing the best they can with what they are provided

Cons

Internal comunication is not the best, the systems are very outdated and a transparent working environment would be helpful.
