      Liar Liar Pants on Fire !

      Pros

      Gloves and Glasses readily available, specialty tools and standard work processes are available for mechanics.

      Cons

      Management lie including HR department. Most Supervisors /Managers/ Sales staff are so inexperienced they could not organize a two car parade. If Otis would spend the money on proper management and be truthful to there customers then maybe they could turn it around.
