      Pros

      Great products and people. Has the strength and revenue to ride out boom bust cycle of construction. There are opportunities to move around the country and increase position.

      Cons

      There was disconnect between sales goals and changes in sales bonus structure that were not aligned. Possible conflicts between union and management on horizon and ability to respond to competition
