      Pros

      Incredible benefits, very professional atmosphere. The top company in the trade in multiple areas. Plenty of opportunity for growth. Great for someone who doesn't want to be stuck on a computer all day every day.

      Cons

      Can be very busy going from site to site but it prevents the job from becoming monotonous.

      Pros

      Management's focus on improvement is making things better. I feel like they really care what I think, and they act on it. Benefits are ok, although they used to be better.

      Cons

      The Employee Scholarship Program used to be industry leading. Now it's just average. The health insurance used to be great. It's ok, now. There used to be a pension. Now? Not so much. There is a lot of pressure to make things better.

      Otis is a great company to work for. Otis has a rich history which absolutely helps when it comes to selling against competitors. The thing I like most about my role as a Service account manager is the opportunity I have to manage multi million dollar accounts and the sense of accomplishment that you have when you sign that big service contact or modernization job. ,

      Cons

      It is not really a con, but if you are not a self motivated person this is not the job for you.
