      Salary, Great benefit and pensions, great products and employer who cares about safety of their employees.

      Cons

      Union sucks lot of money of you, environment where everybody hates everybody, seniority, employer who always rushes you to achieve planed times, supervisors which are stupid to the bone. Every year new branch managers which thinks he ate all the wisdom of the world.

      •Very supportive colleagues and supervisors. From the department where I came from, we're like a family. The people there are the major reason why I stayed in the company for more than 6 years. •Fun and friendly atmosphere. •Overtimes are well compensated. •Very family oriented company.

      •Newly hired managers were not well selected. •There has been an obvious disorganization within the management. •Health benefits could use some improvement such as increasing the maximum amount that can be spent on doctors and medicines.
