Godd Facility, decent contract pay

Cons

Management didn't seem prepared for onboarding the IE's and putting them to useful work. We did makework at first, then eventually did relevant work. The focus and direction didn't seem to be their for the Otis Management.,

Unlimited opportunities for both your monetary success as well as promotional opportunities. Lots of work but it can be very rewarding.

Cons

Hard to balance all you are asked to do. Long hours. Often need to answer your phone on vacations. Steep learning curve.

Brand value in the Market.... You are recognised in the market for the brand, but not for customer service you provide...

Cons

1. Worst internal atmosphere. 2. Too much of politics involved 3. Higher management's deaf ear to the normal employees 4. I have my personal experiences of being a victim of fabricated claims. 5.Ideas of people In the lower level are not respected. If worked, credits given to the managers. 6. Sinking ship.
