      Pros

      Otis is changing at a pace I have not seen in my almost 10 years at the company. Otis is committed to using technology to provide a better product/service to our clients and align the employee experience with what we expect from a world class company. Otis is very conscious of the employee experience and has really shifted to be a more employee focused organization. Employees are empowered to make decisions and be part of problem solving initiatives.

      Cons

      Internal systems can be slow and difficult to navigate, likely not much different from other similar sized companies. However this is being addressed/upgraded.
