Things work reallly slow (for GET's). Izt may take you a month to get a project.There is no proper training given , and a college graduate feels like an alien in the office. You have no vision as to what will be your role and what projects you will be working on. Also no one seems to bother about you, if you ask for help regarding projects, people there will start acting as bureaucrats and you get a feel as if you are working in some sick government organisation. NOT A GOOD INDUSTRY FROM GROWTH PERSPECTIVE.
