      Top dogs bark orders from the east coast; employees are about as valuable as office furniture.

      Pros

      Wonderful co-workers and environment on the local level; good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Huge disconnect between the average worker and upper management; communication is terrible. Top management has no interest in employee input. Despite annual employee satisfaction surveys, required ethics training and the appearance of open communication, sadly it is all propoganda - the spirit of ethics, communication and employee value do not exist.

      Pros

      Good employee benefits and a reputable company. Basically, the company have good policies in place.

      Cons

      High emphasis on short term gains/profits. Sacrificing premium service to meet business targets. Many in management lacked leadership qualities.

      A bad dream involving a train wreck

      They have a great benefit package

      Cons

      The manager was great a paper work but horrible at leading so other ladies in the office did his job judging job performance and leading. He was a coward and they were power trippers.
