      Pros

      Great place to work. Great people. The copmpany has many options throughout UTC. Excellent education benifits. Good choice og medical benifits. If you get a chance apply.

      Cons

      As with most large companies things move slowly. Most people are specilaized and can get into a rut if not controlled. Still not bad.

      Pros

      Starting out if your in the right place (I was) its the best place in the world I had 15 years that were super. I loved going to work .

      Cons

      Great place to work for first 15 years.Once you hit high end of earnings and in your 50s look out at 55 your treated like hell. At 55-60 your gone.
