Pros

All pros are only due to Union bargaining. Best benefits anywhere. Great pay. Opportunity for for overtime is pretty good.

Cons

Short staffed in the office and the field. Office staff that has no clue what they are doing. A CEO that is not qualified. Micromanagement at its worst. Terrible customer service.
