Poor sales team, there is only one person to do the sales and the sales need to be definitive to a certain region. Sales needs more energy in a positive sense.

The staff at MeteoStar is extremely knowledgable and are helpful. This is a fast-paced development environment with high customer demand, team work is a must and a strong value. Flexible scheduling around core office hours. Office environment is casual but professional.

Cons

Overall no cons, hours can be long around deadlines but that comes with any job.
