      Pros

      Good work-life balance, owner and senior leaders actually care about people and the community. The GM is really focused on growth and innovation and is not afraid to develop skills of his people or to make necessary organizational changes. Overall good culture. Casual attire. Amazing facility.

      Cons

      Sometimes the long-time employees take a while to accept change. All of the monthly social events have been put on hold due to Covid but hopefully they'll return some day.

      You get to have parties every weekend, literally. The workers there are amazing to talk too and their benefits are a steal

      Sometimes the engineers will have company and will tour the workplace with a lot of people
