      Pros

      Small, family owned company which has an entrepreneurial spirit. You can manage the success of your job with ideas and recommendations.

      Cons

      Because it is a smaller company, resources sometimes are limited and you tend to wear many hats. Need to be an individual that thrives on multi-tasking and who does not mind helping do all aspects of a job from beginning to end.

      Pros

      There is too much work. Each engineer has approximately 5-6 projects out of which 3 of them are super HOT!!! It is good thing compare to current economy. Pays is OK. Company has lots of potential for the future.

      Cons

      Upper management is keep hiring PM instead of engineers who can do the work. Not enough vacation days. Doesn't promote from within too often.
