Pros

A third of the workforce has been with the company 15+ years. Family-oriented atmosphere & the company is willing to work with you for temporary/minor schedule changes.

Cons

Salary is lower then industry standard (but the benefits are wonderful). Attitudes/tendencies are difficult to get changed.

Company offers good insurance, multiple company holiday lunches, company parties.

Cons

Medium sized company that still runs like a small business. In some cases that’s great, but if that’s not your cup of tea you won’t enjoy it.
