      Pros

      Good health benefits. The owner gives back to the community.

      Cons

      Unclear policies, no investment in training, not much room for advancement, and the pay is sub par.

      Pros

      Health insurance is top notch, owner is a good natured and reasonable individual, profit sharing, company events are good, comfortable work environment.

      Cons

      The company uses overtime to boost take home pay so that many employees are underpaid, but still taking home yearly more than the competition can offer. When the company is doing well this is a bad trade, 50 hours a week for slightly above average yearly, but the second 'normal' overtime is cut you're making 60-80% of what your contemporaries at other companies make. Other departments and salaried positions are not effected by this, only machine shop, tool room, stamping and possibly molding.

      Pros

      The top managers are good. HR team are always helpful to any one who needs it. Great social events and everyones pay was just increased.

      Cons

      I’ll let you know when I find one.
