Lots of free time to do what you wish from your desk. Benefits are good, managers usually listen, hard work (that you make visible) is rewarded.

Cons

Incompetence is ignored. They prefer people to quit or transfer to removing the bad employees. Unclear or unattainable goals that reflect in bonus evaluation.

At times being short handed only with a 15 min break for lunch makes for a long day if we worked 10-12 hrs for a shift
