Pros

I love my office team and have met other great employees. I love the work that I do, the physicians that I work with really care for their staff. That’s what makes work enjoyable, doing it for the patients and coworkers

Cons

High turnover rate, no incentives to stay with the company, no competitive pay rates, no bonuses. Anyone above physicians seem to not care about change or suggestions to improve. They favor staffing nursing and will compete for their pay but all other positions are given lowest pay rate.

Pros

Satisfying base work. Direct involvement in the healthcare process. Supervisor is good about working with employees regarding issues of being late, sickness, or leave.

Cons

Toxic work environment that favors all day shift members. If you are on another shift, you will be treated poorly by other members of staff. When these issues are brought up to management, excuses are made for the actions of the shift. Little to no growth, and no recognition from hospital administration (removal of PTO hours, removal of 401k matching, no yearly bonuses).
