Very knowledgeable maintenance crew that works quick, hard, and nonstop. Workload continually expands beyond the scope of the contract, but they get it done.
Cons
The staff in Raleigh, NC does not pay competitive salaries concurrent with the delivered skillsets of this crew. Employees can't afford the company's insurance. Work clothes are not reimbursed, but they'll give you a t-shirt once a year. Since its contract work, there is no retirement, and since the salary is so low, it's impossible to personally save for retirement.
