directors were out of office so much on unlimited vacation, hardly were micro- managed.

teachers doing business jobs; not qualified no structure

Great salaries, benefits, work environment and "perks" - management very flexible

Not great place for lazy people - and there are a few! Management currently weeding them out

Pros

Some team members were awesome to work with and went above and beyond.

Cons

Does not listen to team members regarding proposal development. Processes are not clearly communicated or established. Sometimes not enough staff members to get all the work done. Team members were pulled off one project to work on another deadline.
