      Lot of H1B Visa Fraud, Fake resumes, Tax Manipulations

      No good reason, They fake resumes and will place you with proxy interviews and they dont pay bench salary

      Cons

      This company does lot of H1B visa fraud, It will file LCA for its own eagan location and after getting approval will market candidates to vendors. They dont have any product or project of there own. They dont pay if you are bench. They miss use the OPT and CPT candidates. They will make candidate to enroll in Globe Universities and get OPT and CPT and place them with 10 years fake resume. 75% of the employees are from Manakato State University with zero IT experience . They market these candidates with fake resume and proxy interview and someone sitting in india will attend interviews. In one line , this company is doing lot of Visa Frauds and one day USCIS and DHS will arrest all the management of this company. Dont work for this company, you are risking your future

      GREAT company to work for, small but growing quick!

      Pros

      Oasys is a great small company to work for. You can tell they really care about each of the employees, and do whatever they can to make sure they are happy. They are a small company, but are growing fast!

      Cons

      Not as many benefits as a larger company, but this comes with being in a small company. It is made up for by how much personal interaction you have!

      Absolutely None - Bloody cheaters

      Cons

      The company promises a lot, but doesn't even implement a single promise in action.The President of the company,Princeton, is very arrogant and simply exploits people by paying very low rates on H1. He manipulates the rate in the PO orders and fakes a very low rate to employees. OPT and CPT employees are exploited to the maximum. The communication is worst and H1 filings are not done legitimately. The company favors the owners friends and wife's of the employees by filing them an H1 without a job. There wont be any benefits working for long term. The marketing person is very rude and wont allow to send your resume to any other qualified positions. They are blood suckers who try to take advantage of everyone. Green card filing is not backed up by good documentation. Company does a lot of fraud in changing the visas of the employees and projecting them as green card. They wont even have your back when you actually need them. One of the worst companies to ever work for. Please dont ruin your career and finances by working for them.
