Always opportunities for growth, culture of people who demonstrate excellence, critical thought, and professionalism, access to leadership without feeling 'political', innovative technologies and challenging projects, profit sharing, unlimited vacation, the list goes on

The working environment here is like nothing I have experienced. We have a new leadership team who encourages us to develop our skills, innovate, and experiment. We have regular All Hands meetings where we learn about what one another is working on. The shift in culture is definitely noticeable and we are having fun while we're at it. The work space itself is very collaborative and modern, but most people can work from home as long as client needs allow for it.
