Pros

Good mix of clients and projects. Rewards good performance and ambition. Flexible and supportive, good when you've got to balance work with a family. Nice atmosphere, friendly people, stable business. Pretty flat hierarchy, management isn’t above rolling their sleeves up and getting to work. Not cut-throat like a lot of corporate America.

Cons

None that I can think of. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to even my closest friends and family.

Keep yourself updated on the latest and greatest technologies out there. Stand on the frontier of the latest IT innovations. Don’t just work a job. Start a career at a company that genuinely cares about you as a person. What I liked most about this company is that they didn’t treat me like a number. They treated me like they actually cared.

Cons

The salary could have been better.

In addition to offering career opportunities, they pay on time and they’ve created an environment where anyone can thrive. It all comes down to how good your work ethic is.

Cons

The level of work it takes to succeed isn’t for someone who’s looking for an easy ride.
