      Pros

      I was with OTSI for more than 8 years. One of the best employers i have ever worked for. Before starting with OTSI I worked with different companies for 6 years. So I personally experienced how management treats employee personal goals aligning with their long term vision. Never had any issues with payments or sales team. I highly recommend OTSI.

      Cons

      Have to be more aggressive in marketing.
