      A lot of great and skilled people. A good place to grow for unexperienced devs. You have a real impact. As a team you have a lot of decision power regarding architectural changes. A lot of different workshops you can attend.

      Many organizational changes. A lot of competent people leaving company. Strange management decisions. Feeling of uncertainty due to layoffs
