A lot of progression in tech side of business

I was in HR side of things. My manager wasn’t great but had to put up with it. Heavily micromanaged and he only ever saw his way being the right way. Never adopted positive changes and never open to ideas to make work flow a more efficient process. Wouldn’t work here again unless it’s tech dept as I’ve heard a much better working environment there where you’re treated as a human.
