Pros

Nice place and very good office building, skillful and open-minded colleagues, payment is fine. No rush and no blame culture. Shared responsibility.

Cons

The 'value' culture was too much - awful experience. The learning curve is almost flattened. Too many meetings. Shared responsibility. For such a 'flashy' company payment is mediocre (I guess not for every position). The project I worked on was almost a 'dead horse'. Also low code quality.

Pros

Better than being destitute,Better than unemployment,just!

Cons

Disgraceful life/work balance,you are nothing more than a commodity to this company to be used up and discarded,if you have a family stay well away as the shift patterns will deprive you of any social interaction with family and friends for extremely poor remuneration. Don't be fooled by the PR Ocado employs to project an image of caring progressive employers,it is all bull,they care not a jot for your health and well being and will think nothing of sacking you for any minor "percieved " indiscretion. From top to bottom they are plagued by creeps,snitches and backstabbers,to work for this company is a step backwards in your social mobility for anyone but the poorest and desperate,do yourself a favour and look for employment elsewhere with a better employer,unless desperate!
