      Pros

      Love the diversity (an actual diverse company instead of just saying they are like so many companies do). Everyone has been very helpful with questions. Many online learning tools and platforms.

      Cons

      Employee roles are confusing (I feel because there is a breakdown in communication between the different departments). Remote working due to covid-19 has most likely also contributed to lack of communication.

      Pros

      - There's room for plenty of personal and professional growth. As a globally expanding company, the opportunities are vast. - The work is genuinely interesting and world leading. - You're working on new proprietary technology and is a fantastic challenge. - Decent employee benefits and a strong HR department offering themed months, courses and wellbeing sessions. - As a grad, you can get stuck in with some very important work with lots of responsibility.

      Cons

      - The organisation could be more structured but this is improving. - The culture here thrives on individuals being proactive. As a result, most managers here are a little absent and don't necessarily offer a huge amount of support. - It can be a bit confusing as a grad to enter without said absent managers. - Some departments possess a culture that doesn't value their people.
