We have worked hard over the last year to enhance our promotion processes and create a fluid transition from E3 to E4. Our data shows this is having a significant impact across the organisation. It will continue to be a considerable step up from E3 to E4, but we are sustaining our efforts to ensure that the validation steps are at the appropriate level for our employees.
