Progression and pay increase is hard to come by. Job is very physically demanding along with, 12 hours constant standing on feet as heirachry believe sitting down will lead to unproductiveness. The turnover in staff in the engineering department is very high, due to the low pay grade for technical department. No shift allowance for doing continental shift pattern. Very difficult for work life balance as when there is a change from nights to days or you only have 1.5 days to adjust your sleeping pattern.

Salary was very poor. I was paid 22k for recruitment admin role, the only reason from Ocado was that because they have better benefits (but how often do you end up using them?) and because it's outside London salary. Role was very repetitive, every day was the same, no ownership of role. No room to work on projects in the role. I felt I spend a whole year in the role and was only regressing, not progressing.
