£53m to the boss... staff underpaid

Pros

Engineers are friendly. Offices are clean and well equip .... accept the toilets which don't work properly. Good pension contribution. Lots of room to breath - sometimes too much autonomy which leads to a directionless atmosphere.

Cons

Greedy boss. Low salaries due to low margin business. CEO can never admit he is wrong - should be a politician. Feature factory now after the re-org with low career progression prospects. You will pay out your salary for your benefits. HR dept. are terrible.
