Pros

you are your own boss when out on the road, good routes sometimes which mean you can get back early and go home and get paid for the whole shift.

Cons

Booking holiday can be a pain, it's done through an online portal and you can't always get the days/weeks that you want, I sometimes had to book up to 11 months in advance just to get the time off. I would still be there if the depot had not moved from Southampton to Andover

Pros

15% discount Shares and private healthcare.

Cons

Little to no opportunities to progress. Lack of racial diversity in mid management and senior management. Opportunities seem to be reserved for the 'favourites'
