I joined the company few months ago. I have no doubts Ocado is a great place to work, the company has a ''no blaming'' principle or value, you can feel when dealing with people. Imo human relationships, freedom of opinion, innovation, meaningful job, autonomy are very important and you can find them at Ocado Technology
