Great work ethic, great people, fast commute into London and shuttle bus services available from the station to head office

Cons

the salary is not enough across the board. there is not enough diversity within the company also. there should be more support within the company to ensure projects are delivered on time

Land of opportunity, a place to really drive and champion positive change. People are great and everyone is really driving to the same goal

Cons

A mad environment to manage, everyone operates on silos and has very little time for each other which makes stakeholder management difficult
