      Very nice environment with very well selected people who are always ready to help you. If you want to do something you have the full support from the company.

      Cons

      Not all benefits available in UK are available in Bulgaria.

We believe that, whilst not every benefit is the same in each country, each package has significant value for our employees health and wellbeing, no matter their location.

      A good place to work

      Pros

      A friendly culture and good group of people. Fast growing which brings changes and opportunity. Supportive management. Tech Finance expertise is in general a good atmosphere. A grad programme that runs at the heart of the company. Aims of becoming better business partners will hopefully bring success. Tech business partners, that despite being too busy do in general want finance engagement.

      Cons

      Fast growth brings expected growing pains of quickly changing priorities. Unstable repetitive processes (could be seen as an opportunity!) Lack of flexible working.

      The feeling of doing something important and cool people

      Pros

      – people are really familiar with the overall goal of the product, and whole organisation – recruitment process is about both tech and soft skills, it's really hard to find unfriendly colleague in there – company is open to internal initiatives – autonomy is a big deal for teams – office is really, really nice

      Cons

      – it might be hard for you if you want to just code and go home – best ice cream in Krakow are fairly close to the office, it's hard to stay fit
