      Pros

      This is the business where you can start as a Warehouse Operative - Personal Shopper and progress to becoming Senior Operations manager. It all depends of how much work you are willing to put in.

      Cons

      Hours may not suit everyone. It is shift based job, so you would need to adapt your life around it. Depending on level you may need to rotate through nights and days.

      Great people to work with. Some lovely brands to get involved with. Am trusted.

      Cons

      Lack of care in staff turnover. VERY poor communication leads to inability to do job properly/having to do things quickly and last minute.
