      Pros

      Good pay. Good work/life balance. Good co-workers. Opportunities for ambitious individuals to acquire a preferred portfolio of responsibilities.

      Cons

      Leadership tends to micromanage. Everyone in the US is new including the leaders, and it shows. The silo effect is extreme. The standard approach from leadership is to focus only on your specific task. There is not a lot of cross stream assistance and it's actually discouraged by leadership. Causes the overall projects to suffer tremendously.
