Bad leadership and ownership. Do not work here. They will say how great the culture and environment but once you start you quickly find out it is all a façade.

The management teams are terrified of corporate in all respects . The raises are far from adequate for their employees to survive in this inflationary environment although their prices have gone up exponentially. 10 minute breaks have been their policy for many years and they should be 15 minutes by now in all fairness. Favoritism is a real pervasive issue within the stores. The Hr department works with management and they are not for the employees at all.

All Hype, No Substance

Leadership of the region and stores as a whole is a disgrace. hey are more interested in posting photo ops on LinkedIn and talking about what they want their public image to be, than actually doing any of it. Once you are exposed to the inner workings, you realize just how corrupt the leadership team is. From strong arming fake reviews here and asking people to post on social media, they are only concerned with convincing the owner they are doing good things. If the owners ever decided to take an honest look, they would be mortified at what their company has become. Our RD is cruel, demeaning, and unprofessional. It must the a prerequisite, since the RD in Region 1 is the same way.
