My job is less stressful than the job I had in the fast food industry.

Cons

Lack of training. Quick to suspend over minor things but just give slap on the wrist for policy violations.

at least the location I worked at, I loved the people I worked with, but the management was very poor

Great people, fun working environment, if you put in hard work it pays off, benefits are nice compared to other companies.

Cons

Upper management isn't held to high enough standards. Employees sometimes feel powerless because of the rule systems. There isn't always open communication.
