No major complaints...But I wouldn't choose to return

Pros

I was able to move my way up to a slightly better position within a year, which made me feel good. The constant influx of new and different stock kept things interesting. Some interesting coworkers.

Cons

If you had to call out sick more than once during the year you were made to feel guilty. Their policies on this left a bad taste in my mouth. I did not feel very supported by management in situations where customers were harrassing me.

Thank you, we are working very hard to get the right PTO program to meet the needs of all our associates. As for technology, we are making heavy investments to upgrade. We have made great strides and will continue to invest.
