Some of the co-workers are good to work with. You do get paid vacations,sick time and bereavement pay. The bereavement pay is available immediately.
Cons
A lot of kiss ups that will tell on you every time you turn around, the point system is unfair it makes you feel like you can't call in when you're sick or emergencies. And you're not paid enough with all the different duties that you have to do. Most new employees quit within 1 week to a month after starting there. you have to wait 1-2 years before you receive vacation and sick pay. Part timers don't get insurance benefits. They make sure you stay under a certain amount of hours so you don't qualify for insurance. You have way too many duties you it's a very stressful place to work for.
