      Management has a willingness to be patient if a team member makes a mistake, they are professional In dealing with team issues.

      It’s the same with all retail, low hours, no overtime, micro managing, and not keeping any promises

      Discount, co-workers depending on location you get moved to, merchandise selection and prices

      Cons

      Can be moved to new location when they want, unsafe conditions (obstructed ailses, receiving is overpacked and unsafe, move same product a couple times a week, you have to do everything and run everywhere, work well over 50hr for salary of 50hr, short holiday pay- they make you work another day, store payroll vs tasks and customer service needs, everyday short handed, unsafe conditions looked over by field support to get the sales, sales 1st, staff and safety last
