Pros

I feel good seeing the progress of our company. Sales seem good, Our customers are making comments about our stores being neat and friendly. Our CEO speaks to the leaders weekly and is listening to our ideas. Feels good to have two way communication again.

Cons

We have implemented some changes over the past two months that affected hours and store process. The change was hard and we were all struggling. Now it makes sense. I would suggest an explanation before these changes so we all know the reason. The communication was different depending on who you talk to.
