I'm grateful to work for Ocean State Job Lot, a company that truly cares about its team members. I've been with the company for over five years now, and during that time, I've seen firsthand how committed OSJL is to creating a positive and supportive work environment.

Cons

The company offers all associates with us over 13 months a generous profit sharing payout and leaders competitive bonuses, but does not offer a 401K Match.
