Company does what’s right

Pros

The company takes care of us as best as they can. It’s tough to stay in business and even with this the Owners have kept out increased Associate discount, continued Bonuses and performance increases, profit sharing checks for the Associates. They also remain charitable and support local communities.

Cons

Many companies do not have enough merchandise to achieve sales goals. This is not an issue at OSJL.
