Bad management Leads don’t communicate well with associates or each other Management will lie to you about promotions Management talk’s down to associates Leads all have horrible attitudes and bad egos Leads don’t listen to associates concerns Managers have favorites Management will try to work you into the dirt then discard you No stores have an actual freight team so associates wind up having to do 4 plus job positions with little to no help All stores have super high turnover rate do to lack of honesty about the position hired for The job titles mean absolutely nothing
