Really does make every effort to live up to the claims of putting people before profits. Work/life balance including at salaried levels. Positive culture with open communication at all levels. Stores get the resources they need to be successful from equipment to labor. Huge growth opportunities with many stepping stones along the way. Higher caliber of talent than a typical retailer. Incredible tenure at all levels speaks to it being a healthy place to be.

Cons

Online resources are a bit of a needle in a haystack. Find a better balance between meetings/video calls and allowing for productive work to be done. Micro-management with multiple departments with their hand on the steering wheel can overwhelm STL's.
